Shipping Policy

Why am I charged for a shipping fee?

Free standard shipping is applicable only to orders with a total value (after discount) of USD 59.00  or above under normal circumstances, and a flat shipping fee of USD 7.99, will be required otherwise. Please also note that the shipping fee is non-refundable.

When will my orders be shipped?

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. Please bear with us in case we are spending extra time checking/packing your order, particularly during the peak seasons around the end of the year.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is ready to be shipped.

How long does it take for the delivery?

The estimated delivery time displayed on the checkout page includes the preparation time to dispatch and also the shipping time altogether. The delivery time will vary a lot from country to country.

Please allow extra time for processing your order during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require additional time to work on the processing/delivery during peak season or before major festivals.

How can I track my order? 

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email, the estimated arrival time and parcel location will be shared with you in the email. Sometimes, the carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
